5. How much is postage and packaging?

  • Postage and packaging costs are determined based on the item's price at checkout and your chosen delivery method. Larger items or those sent directly from our suppliers may be shipped by courier. To view our reasonable postal charges, simply add your selected items to your basket.

7. I want to return my item, is this OK?

Our return policy allows for returns within 100 days from the purchase date. It's important to note that we do not provide refunds for postage and packaging costs. For orders placed after October 1st, returns are accepted until January 31st of the following year, allowing for an early start to your Christmas shopping.
